Fire Alarm Interface (BRG 1719FA/PA)
The BRG 1719FA/PA is used to interface with the most fire alarm panel. This allows customers to utilize existing fire alarm speakers in there facility, saving capital and installation costs.
Following NFPA 72 recommendations, the fire panel software is programmed to allow the BRG EMN System to override the fire alarm system in the event of an emergency. This will allow the speakers to announce audio emergencies without the fire alarm system playing at the same time.
The BRG 1719FA/PA can be used in addition to indoor wireless speakers, moving message displays and wired speakers. A BRG EMN Master Transmitter is required to operate the interface.
